WHO WE ARE

FOUNDER 

 

xDigita was founded by an Australian citizen and digital government practitioner of twenty-five years, who has lived and worked in Australia, the Gulf and Asia and is now based between Singapore and the United States. The work came out of a pattern seen across three continents: institutions procuring systems that decided what a citizen received, while the people who would answer for those systems had no method for interrogating them. The gap was never technical. It was what a committee knew to ask, and what evidence it knew to demand before it signed.

 

The founder's background spans defence modernisation in Australia, a national smart-nation programme in the Gulf, and commercial architecture for enterprise and government technology, alongside service on international election observation missions. Doctoral research in progress at an Australian university examines whether independent assessors applying an evidence rule reach the same conclusion when scoring an institution's AI readiness — the question underneath every maturity score a government is asked to act on.

Our Chief Financial Officer is a co-founder based permanently in Washington, DC. A financial analyst by training, with experience across financial planning, commercial structuring and cross-border operations, the role covers the group's financial governance, contracting, pricing discipline and the reporting that institutional clients and partners require. A programme that certifies other institutions has to be able to withstand the same scrutiny itself, and that standard begins with the finance function.

 

CDO

 

Our Chief Digital Officer is a co-founder based in the United States. A technology leader with two decades in enterprise systems and data, the role owns platform strategy for the group — the architecture of the instruments, the phasing from structured applications through to sovereign deployment, and the domain packs that carry the method into new sectors. On matters of platform direction, this is the deciding voice.

We are a small team by design. The method is documented, the standard is published, and the people who teach it are the people who built it.

 

Three countries, three roles

 

xDigita, Inc. — Delaware, United States. The parent and contracting entity. It holds the intellectual property in the curriculum and the instruments, and contracts with institutions and partners.

 

Centre of excellence — Singapore. Sets and maintains the standard of instruction. Trains and certifies the facilitators and assessors who deliver across the network, and leads engagement across Asia.

 

xDigita Academy (Pvt) Ltd — Islamabad, Pakistan. The principal delivery centre. Conducts the localisation research that adapts every programme to the host nation's own law, data and institutions, and provides the facilitator bench that delivers across the IPC membership.
